How long will delivery take?

Most deliveries will take 2 business days to be scheduled and completed.

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation with an order ID.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is under pending payment or processing, yes you can cancel the order through our website. If payment was received, the order can be canceled and will be refunded.

I live on a family island; can my order be shipped?

Absolutely! We provide free shipping to all family islands. We will forward you a boat confirmation slip once your item is on the way.

I received a damage product. How do I return it?

Is mattress included on bed sets/single bed purchase?

No. Mattresses are sold separately.

How do I make payment?

We accept payments via our website, as well as bank transfers. Please contact our WhatsApp for our bank information if needed.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes! After completing your order online, call or WhatsApp us at 242-804-9768 to make arrangements with a sales representative.

What are your store hours?

Our electronic store inside the Mall at Marathon is open 10am-7pm and our furniture showroom from 9am-6pm. Both locations are open Monday-Saturday .
