Techman SPA-608D shallow-mounting in-ceiling speaker produces rich background audio in architecturally-sensitive environments. Designed for spaces where speakers need to be heard but not seen, this elegant flush-mount in-ceiling speaker is part of our OSD Black series and includes high-end components and drivers such as a 6.5” graphite cone woofer with audiophile-grade butyl rubber surround that is rigid and firm to provide smooth, deep bass with no bleed-over frequencies that muddy the sound. Counter-balancing the woofer is a 1” titanium tweeter for exceptionally accurate high frequencies. Titanium is a resilient metal that responds extremely well to instruments, vocals, and other frequencies on the high-end spectrum. With power handling up to 80W (8-ohm), this 70V/100V commercial speaker broadcasts sound at long distances with very little power loss and is perfect for adding quality background music in restaurants, malls, museums, and other large high-end venues.
